One of the principal joys of cable television, as opposed to the satellite sort, is the local advertising they splice in: car repair, home appliances, restaurants. The production values alone often result in something that feels like art. Tonight, though, I saw what may be the best ad ever. It was for a parking garage, a public parking garage. What's next? I'm betting on a meter spot. . .
