Today's news tells of a sixty-four-year-old psychologist shot and killed at his office on Capitol Street and a twenty-year-old man gunned down at a memorial for rapper Mac Dre, who was himself murdered in November while in Kansas City. I can't blame E-40 for moving to Blackhawk.
