Prayers For Rain

Now Bean is coming down with a new bug. Kim seems to have a cold on top of last week's sinus infection. And I haven't felt 100% since early December. Maybe the rain we're hoping to get tomorrow will wash all the ambient illness away. At the very least, it will do wonders for my breathing apparatus. If it comes, that is. The only sure thing about the weather here is that there will be long stretches of hot, dry, dusty days. Anything else needs the help of a ritual, preferably with a sacrifice or two. I have hundreds of things I need to do, but I think I'm going to give my body the rest it clearly needs and start fresh in the morning. Please, lord, bring us some wetness.
