The café I'm sitting in to write this has one of those rainbow bear decals prominently displayed. And it has plenty of outlets, diffused natural light, and high ceilings. On the other hand, Paul McCartney is singing,"listen to what the man said," against a hideous horn backdrop at a volume that just sent my train of thought tumbling into the gorge. As much as I'd like to give the place a thumbs-up, I'm not sure I can. Wait, Paul Simon is on now. He's going on about, "slip-sliding away." I need to bail.
