I've been saving this piece of aseptic packaging for months. Normally, I would probably have lost track of it until long after the occasion for which I'd wished to deploy it. Tonight, though, I was straightening up a bit and found it at precisely the right time:

Yes, I'm pleased with my good fortune. But there's reason to be alarmed. I collect things like this all the time. The piles of paper I just sorted through testify to the speed with which my archival layers mount. Something will eventually have to give. In the interim, though, happy October 26th!

Is it wrong for a grown-up to have a huge crush on an underage fictional character? I'm curious to hear what you think. I've heard many people admit to being smitten with Ariel from The Little Mermaid when they were underage, but I can't recall too many people admitting a fixation that works in the opposite direction. Oh, and I'm aware of the Harry Potter fan fiction. But the people who participate in the more outré forms it takes tend to be the sort who aren't too worried what the mainstream might think of them.
