Weighed Down

God, I hate this feeling. I haven't had asthma very much since I stepped up my exercise regimen. But this is a bad time of year and I've been fighting off a bug. So I slept poorly and woke to that sensation of having a heavy slab pressing in on my lungs. Once I get enough coffee into my body to relax my smooth muscles, the discomfort recedes. Unfortunately, though, my legs will continue to feel leaden throughout the day.
