Here I was all ready to finally embrace the heating up, heating up sooner than usual this year, and then remembered that I get dreadful headaches when the +40 degree Celsius heat comes to Tucson. It's the lack of humidity, chiefly, along with lingering allergy troubles and a more diffuse sense of the massive tension between the outside and my inside, where the air conditioner blows and blows. If I weren't so susceptible to molds, I'd do better in a "swamp cooler" house. I'd better go drink a lot of water to replenish the fluid surrounding my brain.

Here's is the Bean's first thought of the day, articulated while eating bites of watermelon:
I wish movies didn't skip time when they show people growing up. I want more real time. I wish it would show the characters Luke and Leia -- you know how they show them as babies and then grown-up? -- when they're just training.
Imagine the storyline of the two Star Wars trilogies shot Andy Warhol-style. Now that would be awesome.

(After Bathing At Baxter's + Enon + David Crosby + The Soft Machine + Pearls Before Swine + Sister + early 70s Germania + el primero and el segundo, both underrated) X (the kindness of your choice) = Hours of Future Fun
