Coffee Joy

Yesterday afternoon, Joel made me one of his classic homemade espressos. He just made me another one, this time accompanying it with some pastries from the Mexican place down the street. The experience brings back old times. After a couple years of barely seeing each other, it's great to be able to just hang out. I'm looking forward to today's belated wedding reception/party, of course, since I will be seeing many people I like and some I have loved. But the one-on-one alone time with Joel is equally special.
