In Brief

Today I went jogging in the middle of the day. And it was hot. But I survived. Maybe I'm finally turning the corner as far as acclimating to this climate goes. Or maybe I'm just benefiting from the best Monsoon in ages. It's thundering now. That makes me happy, even though I have to drive down to campus in Old Red, the car without decent windshield wipers. Worst comes to worst, I just pull over until the rain lightens up. Oh, and I'm going to the Congress Anniversary shindig tonight, tomorrow night, and Sunday night. I'll get there pretty late tonight, but hopefully in time to see someone good.
