Oh, dear. I was thinking of the Kaiser Chiefs. But the unconscious works in mysterious ways. That reminds me, I had the strangest dream last night. . . :-)
Oh, yes. It was. I realized that almost no one we know here has ever seen us together at a social event where Skylar isn't present. It's great having her with us, usually, but changes the capacity for interaction. Kim had a lot of fun with you and Holly (and Adrienne and Christine too).
I really enjoyed talking to Kim, too. I can't believe I've never talked to her before (I guess I've ever been at a social event she's attended). I'm generally rather shy, so that might have something to do with it, too. But I do feel weird posting in your Livejournal. I'm going to have to post in hers, just for emphasis!
I've passed it on. She usually does the movie thing when she's free and she likes company there. Sometimes she wants to go to a concert and stays home because she has no one to go with. It's great that we get four hours together sans Skylar every Friday now, but late-night stuff is still not an option.

Hooray for the unconscious, I say. Endless wellspring of amusement and trauma.
