I've discovered this before, but have a way of forgetting: sleep is an excellent restorative. When I start to feel out of kilter, beset with aches and angst, there's nothing like a day or two of sleeping for more than my usual four-and-a-half hours per night to set me straight. Maybe I should petition for a patent.
