This is very nice. It is like one of Whistler's very small oil paintings. He painted in the very thinnest of washes, allowing things to sort of materialize, developing the style known as tonalism,
I love Whistler! The fog periodically verged on a drizzle, making a clean lens impossible. So I let the droplets collect for a while before taking the sequence from which this shot derives.
